Pathways into the work
These offerings are not products—they are thresholds.
They open when you are ready to turn toward what is true, to grieve what shaped you, and to step beyond the limits of the familiar self.
If you have found your way here, you are welcome.
This is not a space of urgency, fixing, or performance. There is no expectation to heal on a timeline or to become anything other than who you are right now.
At the same time, this work asks for sincerity. It invites a willingness to meet what has been avoided, to sit with complexity, and to engage the parts of ourselves that are not easily named or resolved. Healing here is not bypassing. It is a relationship—with shadow, with history, with the body, with the living world.
You are invited to move at your own rhythm, but with intention. To take what resonates and leave what does not. To enter when you feel ready to be honest, present, and accountable to your own process.
We trust your timing.
We honor your sovereignty.
And we ask that you arrive with curiosity, courage, and a commitment to the work.
Your Healing Nature believes that healing should not be gated by income. All offerings are available on a sliding scale, and community scholarships are available for those who need them.
Individual sessions offer a dedicated, one-on-one container for those seeking depth, discernment, and sustained engagement with their inner life.
These sessions draw from The Work That Reconnects, somatic archaeology, historical and counseling frameworks, land-based practice, and oracle divination—tailored to your specific questions, patterns, and life transitions. Together, we move at a pace that honors your nervous system while inviting honest inquiry into what has been shaped by history, inheritance, and lived experience.
This work is not about quick fixes. It is about cultivating the capacity to stay present with complexity, grief, desire, and choice. Individual sessions are best suited for those ready to take responsibility for their healing, to engage their shadows with care, and to build an ongoing relationship with their own inner knowing.
*Sessions are offered on a sliding scale. Please fill out to discuss what feels accessible.
Group sessions create a shared field of reflection, witnessing, and collective intelligence.
Rooted in The Work That Reconnects, these gatherings invite participants to explore personal and collective experiences of grief, resilience, and belonging within a carefully held group container. Somatic practices, guided inquiry, and historical context support participants in recognizing that what they carry is rarely theirs alone.
Groups offer the medicine of resonance: the realization that our struggles, questions, and longings often echo across bodies and stories. These sessions are for those who are willing to be seen, to listen deeply, and to contribute to a relational process where healing unfolds through shared presence rather than individual striving.
*Group Sessions are offered seasonally. Subscribe to be notified of upcoming dates.
Gathering Circles are intentional, earth-centered spaces for slowing down, listening, and remembering together.
Often held in relationship with land or seasonal cycles, these circles emphasize ritual, storytelling, and embodied presence. Drawing on land-based practice, oracle divination, and somatic awareness, Gathering Circles invite participants to step out of urgency and into attunement—with themselves, with one another, and with the more-than-human world.
These spaces are less about problem-solving and more about orientation: finding one’s place within larger cycles of loss, transformation, and renewal. Gathering Circles are especially supportive during times of transition, grief, or threshold moments, and are best suited for those open to communal reflection and reverent engagement.
*Circles are offered in person only. Some are open; others require an application.
Courses and learning journeys offer structured, immersive pathways for those seeking sustained study and integration.
These experiences weave together conceptual learning, embodied practice, historical insight, and reflective exercises over time. Participants are guided through themes such as grief literacy, ancestral patterning, relational healing, ecological belonging, and conscious choice—supported by practices from The Work That Reconnects, somatic archaeology, and land-based wisdom.
Rather than passive consumption, these journeys ask for active participation, reflection, and accountability. They are designed for individuals who want to build long-term capacity—not just insight—and who are willing to engage learning as a transformative, lived process.
*Courses are offered periodically. Join the mailing list to learn about upcoming offerings. Scholarships are available. Application to come in the future.
